So I’ve had these two 02 sensors since New Orleans and haven’t yet put them in. I had to get a special tool and then a wrench with a flexible head. I finally got down to working on it today and my patience got the best of me as it always does and I gave up. Decided to ask the owners if the knew any mechanics in the area that could potentially help.
It just so happened that the guys that were hanging with the owners own a mechanic shop. They listened and looked and don’t think it’s the 02 sensors at all – they think it’s the sensor on the air intake valve. One of them was going to town and offered to buy some carburetor cleaner as he said that might fix the whole issue.
How is it that I get so lucky when I ask for help? For those times when I didn’t ask for help, would I have been so lucky? Could I potentially saved myself hours and hours of frustration and anger? I bet the answer is yes. I’m going to make it a point to ask for help more often.
The job isn’t done yet, so i’m not so sure if I’m lucky or not.

Here’s my camper at the new location. I did it all up with lights. The space is kind of cute at night. The campground is very compact so everyone is very close together.
That’s the pool, the hot tub, the shower house and the store. Nice little bar and seating area as well. It looks great at night and the hot tub is awesome. Oh the laundry is there too. Rare moment when no one is milling about.

Enjoying myself here, although it is a bit quiet at the moment. I mean it still is February, so I shouldn’t really expect much more of anything.
